Days Inn Great Lakes is located in the north suburb of the city of Chicago. taking the train is an convenient and frugal alternative , The downside is that it may take just a little time. The upside is that you get to see Chicago and the suburbs and save some bucks!

 

Directions/ Instructions

Ohare International Airport Chicago

Pay the machine at the terminal

Take the BLUE LINE to Chicago downtown and exit at WASHINGTON BLUE LINE, walk 1 block South on Dearborn Street, Turn Right on Madison and walk 6 blocks to Ogilvy Transportation Center (OTC) Metra Rail  500 W Madison Street Chicago, IL .  Purchase tickets at train station to  North Line to Kenosha  at the Great Lakes Station stop.  Make sure the train you board will stop at Great Lakes.

Trip Time: 2 hours

Trip Cost: $10.00 total each way.

 

Midway International Airport Chicago

ORANGE line to Chicago exit train not station at Clark and Lake and switch to Green Line to Harlem. Exit at Clinton Station walk 2 blocks south and Ogilvy Transportation Center (OTC) Metra Rail  500 W Madison Street. Chicago, IL .  Purchase tickets at train station to  North Line to Kenosha  at the Great Lakes Station stop.  Make sure the train you board will stop at Great Lakes.
